Mentoring for General Dental Practitioners
GDPs are invited to observe specialist procedures at my referral-only practices. We work through complex workflows, from diagnosis to treatment execution with paired one-on-one debrief sessions focused on:
- Isolation techniques and access refinement
- Pulpal diagnosis and case risk assessment
- Endodontic instrumentation and obturation tips
- Restoration planning post-endodontic therapy
Alternatively, I offer in-practice mentoring visits, where I guide clinicians within their own setting to improve procedural confidence and optimise case management
